Finally!! My Dinner Plate Hibiscus painting is dry at last! and ready to be listed. It is an oil painting on stretched , wrapped canvas, 18 inches square--almost life sized. These blossoms are huge and lush and I absolutely love them. The painting was done in August when they were still at their peak, and I have been waiting for the canvas to dry. Now it is cold October and I can still enjoy the memory of them. I do not know how such beauties survive and prosper in the cold Iowa winter (they look like they belong in some south Pacific paradise island) but I am so glad to have them here. They are a real "trip"!!! They will be auctioned on eBay

Della, this is absolutely beautful! You have captured the blossoms perfectly. I don't know how you do it!
